Surface pretreatment line projects have a lot of important technical points such as heating type,
heating capacity, water circulation systems, steam absorption systems, preventing the mixing of
chemicals and steam between tanks.
2.Technological Process
Uploading → 2
.Spraying pretreatment → 3. Drying oven → 4. Workpieces into spray booth→ 5. After spraying the workpieces will go into the curing oven(20~25min, 180~200ºC)→ 6. Go out of the oven, and natural cooling→ 7. Unloading workpieces
1)Loading the workpieces on line manually, pretreatment by automatic spraying tunnel
2)Pretreated Workpieces move on line automatically,then come into drying oven
3) after powder spraying the Workpieces come into curing oven,temprature: (20~25min, 180~200ºC ,max temprature 250ºC)
4) Workpieces cool down naturally after cured.
5) Workpieces unloaded manually.
