Paint film impact tester  E05-03

The instrument is based GB732-79 standard design, using a weight falling from a height impact the film, to determine the impact strength of the film.

E05-03 Paint Impact test is suitable for the laboratory, Powder Coating Companies, Manufacturing Companies, Paint Suppliers, Steel and Aluminum Refinishing, Automobile Dealers, Auto Auctions, Body Shops, Auto Detailers (Automotive Paint Meter) or any company requiring a highly accurate measurement of the dry film coating  and can be used even in harsh field conditions.



SPECIFICATIONS

(1)Machine scale of 0 to 50 cm length, indexing is 1 cm.

(2) heavy   hammer weight 1000g,  with a disassamable hook,  can add subtract lead shot inside the hammer , to change the hammer weight

(3) the  ball of impact rod end is 8 mm, the impact rod into the pillow block recessed hole depth is 2 mm.

(4) the pillow block edge curvature  radius is 2.5 ~ 3.0, Concave hole diameter is 15 mm.
