The conveyor is running in vertical plane instesd of horizontal plane.
The design takes very small space,but need the height of 6m at least.
The capacity of this design is limited ,for example,for standard aluminum profile,
About 3-4 tons of profile can be powder coated in 8 hours only.

Dry-off oven is used to dry the parts quickly after pre-treatment,and curing oven is used to heat
up to melt the powder and solidify the surface.they are designed to be seperated or combination.
