the pretreatments:
Multi-stage Spray pretreatment System is engineered to prepare a product's surface for
painting. Using spray pretreatment methods, dirt, oils and contaminants are removed
from the product's surface and phosphate or conversion coatings are applied to help
prevent corrosion and increase paint adhesion.
Different Product's Material require Different Stages. colo's engineers analyze the
requirements before developing equipment that can be incorporated into the overall
automatic powder coating line.
the drying oven :this part can be delete depending on workpiece's material.
Drying oven: Drying oven which drying the water after pretreatment is designed according to
customer actual conditions. The temperature need is around 100 degrees.
Automatic powder coating booth (Plastic or Steel available) with big cyclone and
secondary filter system , reciprocator , Sieving system .
Curing oven: tunnel gas
Tunnel curing oven, bridge type curing oven.
the conveyor:
can be designed by the weight and shape of the customer's workpiece.
