Product Description

Automatic  Electrotatic Powder Spraying Painting Robot

Efficiency and Reliability in Powder Coating Technology
Smart & flexible solution to coat parts with gun or bell process
Automatic Electrotatic Powder Spraying Painting Robot
Production powder coating operations can benefit from the latest advances in robotics for reduction of labor costs and improved coating consistency.

A 6-axis robot can be employed in various capacities in the powder coating application process. Typical applications involve using a robot in-place of a manual operator for performing pre-touch-up operations. An example may be for large cabinet enclosures where the hard to coat interior surfaces are pre-coated with the robot, while easier to coat surfaces; such as wall and side panels, are coated with conventional automated application equipment. Robots can also be effectively employed as stand-alone units for high volume component production systems. Products can be stopped in front of the robot, or the robot can be taught to follow parts when using conventional moving conveyor systems. Teaching the robot is done in "real time" using a manually controlled teaching pendant. Once saved to the PLC, the program is consistently repeatable on any given part. Recipe control allows up to 999 program settings. Typically, once programmed a robot will allow production increases of up to 20%, due to repeatability of the automation process.

Features

Perfect system control: We implemented the most advanced paint spray control software with friendly touch screen operation. Operators have full control over painting parameters such as static current rate, spray area, pressure.

Extremely high paint saving: Flexible robotic coating only spray targeted area with accurate powder quantity control. Because of this, over 90% powders can be coated to product and no need manual reparing spray. Comparing to traditional coating method, there're up to 30% more coating usage.

High quality painting: Robotic spray accurately by pre-set programs, no diviation control over spray gun and ensure the desired film thickness in short time.

High flexibility: After years development, our robot be able to deal with complex shapes with different sizes painting. Easy setup on control panel to switch among different products.

High efficiency: No need of manual spray and no over spraying, parameters can be configured lively without stopping coating line. the robot system is highly reliable with less maintenance requirement. Robots be able to continuous working till painting job finished.

Space saving: Robot can be installed in various ways with almost no space requirement, robot can be installed on ceiling, wall and ground depends your preference.
