How to operate?
1). Home page
Put the power on, then press up button or down button, enter the home page.
Home page display:
F1: Oven TEMP set
F2: Spray booth vlave set
F3: Enter the oven work page
F4: Enter the spray booth work page
Press ESC to exit the home page
2). Oven TEMP set
Press. F1: Enter the Oven TEMP set page
Display:
1. Oven temp º C
2. Holding time Min
3. Delay time Min 4. Back F5
Set:
1. Press set button, then set the temp you need, then press confirm button to store in system.
2. Press SET button, then set the holding time you need, then press ENTconfirm button to store in system.
3. Press SET button, then set the holding time you need, then press ENTconfirm button to store in system.
4. After setting, press F5 back to last page(the home page)
3). Spray booth valve set
Press. F1: Enter the Spray booth vlave set page
Display 1:
1. Valve 1 on: S 2. Valve 2 on: S
3. Valve 3 on: S 4. Valve 4 on: S
5. Valve gap set: F4; 6. Back: F5
Set:
1. Press set button, then set the valve 1 on time as you need, then press ENT confirm button to store in system. Recommended set is 1 S.
2. Press set button, then set the valve 2 on time as you need, then press ENT confirm button to store in system. Recommended set is 1 S.
3. Press set button, then set the valve 2 on time as you need, then press ENT confirm button to store in system. Recommended set is 1 S.
4. Press set button, then set the valve 2 on time as you need, then press ENT confirm button to store in system. Recommended set is 1 S.
5. Valve gap set: Press F4;
