Powder Coating Industrial Cure Ovens

This powder coating oven is used to curing the workpiece which has been spraying during the powder coating. When a thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network-like structure.

Powder coating oven have a galvanized steel sheet on outside and steel sheet on the inside.

• Structure: consist of Body, insulation, cover, heater(stainless steel heater with Heat Sink).use electricity to create the energy ,through the circulating fan ,make the temperature in the oven to rise uniformly. Then make the temperature of workpiece to rise.

Two-stage fire burning machine (Riello or Baltur brand, the Italian production)

Indirect heating system with a heat exchanger. Hot air sent from the bottom up. 8x8 array used in the heat exchanger seamless steel tubes, the combustion liner using 310S stainless steel seamless pipe having a thickness of 3-4mm.

Curing furnace (roof, the furnace base and the surrounding furnace wall) of a sandwich-type furnace, interior use of 1-1.5mm thick galvanized sheet, the coating thickness of the outer wall using the cold-rolled steel sheet 1.5. Internal mezzanine is 150mm thick high density rockwool, minimal heat leak.

Electronic Control:
