Aluminum Vertical powder coating line

The vertical type powder coating line is special design for painting aluminum profiles, which is high efficiency and very compact space required.
This automatic powder coating line we have sent to our customer from Saudi Arabia in May 2016;
we arranged our Engineer and worker to finish the install.
Capacity: A large production(40-60 tons one day)
Height should be 14m

3.the process of the line :six steps
1.) Spraying pretreatment → 2.) Drying oven → 3.)Uploading → 4.) Workpieces into spray booth→ 5.) After spraying the workpieces will go into the curing oven(20~25min, 180~200ºC)→ 6.) Go out of the oven, and natural cooling→ 7. )Unloading workpieces
